Frequently Asked Questions

Who takes the Photos at Ware Photography?

That would be mostly Rachel. Matt occasionally takes some of the images, however his main role now is running the website, design and technical side of things.

What are Limited Edition Prints?

Almost all our images on this website are Limited Edition Prints. This means that the photo will only be printed a limited number of times – usually 300. This means we will always be photographing new images, and the ones that we have captured will be just that little bit more special and unique.

Each Limited Edition Print is a signed masterpiece.

What type of Paper do you print on?

We print on Hahnemühle Ultra Smooth Rag 100% Cotton White. Hahnemühle boast to have the world’s best fine Art Inkjet Paper. Each Print is then sprayed 3 times with a protective spray to ensure the image is protected. This spray also enables future cleaning of the image (carefully).

What type of Frames do you have?

We recommend keeping it simple. All our images are surround by a white archival mat and all our frames are made from wood: White, Raw Tasmanian Oak, Walnut Brown, Dark Brown or Black.

We also offer acrylic face mounts, however, you must note that these do not have quite the same archival qualities as an image in a frame, because the image is glued to the acrylic.

How long does it take for my print to arrive?

We print to order. If you are within Australia and purchasing a print only, this should take a maximum of 2 weeks. If you are purchasing a framed print, this will take 4-6 weeks. Note, around Christmas time, there are often delays due to the lab’s workload, so please be aware of this when placing your order.
